A: We mainly produce injection molds and die-casting molds. We can produce the other molds but cannot test the molds.

Q2: What types of documents (drawings) do you accept?
A: Our CAD system can accept the following files :STP,UG files, etc.

Q3: What kind of steel do you use for plastic molds?
A: We can use any kind of mold steel specified by the customer or popular in the market. Such as Sweden's S136, 8407, DF-2, 718 die steel; 420, H13, P20, D2 die steel from the United States; Japan's SKD61, DC53, NAK80, SKD11 die steel, SKH-9 high-speed steel; Germany's 1.2379 die steel, 1.2083 die steel, 1.2316 die steel, 1.2344 die steel, etc

A: Yes, we will provide spare parts for the molds if the customer needs or requests.

Q8: How do you pack plastic molds?
A: We pack the plastic molds in wooden cases.
There are three main steps:
Step 1: We apply some anti-rust oil to the mold.
Step 2: We wrap the mold with thin plastic film to avoid moisture.
Step 3: We put the plastic film wrapped mold in a wooden box and secure it to avoid any movement.

A: Our machines produce unit parts weighing from 0.1g to 6000 g. The maximum mold size that our machines can use is 1.3*1.3*1.3 meters.

Q3: What kind of plastic materials do you usually use?
A: The materials we usually use are PP, ABS, PC, POM, PA, HDPE, HIPE, PS, PET, PMMA, PVC and so on. In addition, we accept materials and special materials specified by customers.
