Q8:  What is the delivery time?
A: Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is 25-45 days, which depends entirely on the complexity of the mold. Usually, our delivery time for molds is determined based on the longest production time among the molds you customize. But if the plastic mold is very simple and the size is not large, we can make it within 15 days.

Q9:  How many samples can I get for free?
A: We provide corresponding free samples for each trial mold.

Q10:  How to ensure mold quality?
A: We have different processes to ensure mold quality
1. We have footprints and can provide you with full-size sample reports;
2. For some key projects or products, we have a PPAP process to ensure that the molds are in good condition and can stably produce injection molded products in bulk;
3. We can also run a small PO to check the status of the mold;
4. We have a professional mold inspection report before shipment;
5. You can conduct third-party inspections or inspect the molds on-site before shipment.

Q11:  What materials are your products made of?
A: Our injection molded parts usually use materials such as ABS, PVC, and PA66+GF, but if the customer has other requirements, we can also use other materials. Regarding the steel for molds, we usually do not have fixed steel. We can use any type of mold steel specified by the customer or popular in the market, such as Sweden's S136 mold steel and 8407 mold steel; H13 mold steel and P20 mold steel from the United States; NAK80 mold steel, SKD11 mold steel, and SKH-9 high-speed steel from Japan; Germany's 1.2379 mold steel, 1.2083 mold steel, etc.

Q12:  How do you package plastic molds?
A: We use wooden boxes to package plastic molds.
There are three main operating steps.
Step 1: We apply some rust proof oil to the mold.
Step 2: We use thin plastic film to package the mold to avoid moisture.
Step 3: We will place the plastic film packaging mold in a wooden box, secure it, and avoid any movement.
